How our pricing works for our purpose built kennels!
How does it work? What do we do? What do you need?
For one of our purpose built kennels, Charges start on the day of arrival, regardless of morning or evening. When collecting in the morning, you will not be charged for the final day!
Overnight stay with feeding and playtime in the mornings and afternoons!
Overnight stay for two, sharing a room with separate beds, with feeding and playtime in the mornings and afternoons!
When two is not just not enough, sharing a larger room with separate beds, with feeding and playtime in the mornings and afternoons!

Please Note, We will be unable to take your dogs into our care if they do not have their kennel cough (minimum 7 days before staying) and booster vaccinations in date, you will need to bring proof of this (vaccination record) on the day you drop off, if you are unsure if you have the right vaccinations then please get in touch.

As of 1st January 2022 all customers are to pay a 50% Non Refundable, Non Transferable Deposit within 24 hours of making the booking, a link to the deposit payment is available in the confirmation email you receive from us, alternatively you can make payments via your online customer portal. Any bookings without deposits may be cancelled should we need the space for other customers and will have to be re booked subject to availability, if you have received a confirmation email, and no longer require the booking, you MUST inform us as soon as possible via email only, if you do not, your booking will be charged in full on the day you were due to arrive, cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy.
Cancellations are to only be made by email stating your booking reference. Cancellations made with less than 10 days notice remain payable in full. Upon cancellation deposits remain non refundable with no exceptions made, please ensure your travel insurance covers kennel fees should your holidays get cancelled. It is your responsibility to inform us of any cancellation via email, any bookings that are not cancelled will be charged in full on the day you were due to arrive.
Our daily rate starts on the day of arrival, regardless of morning or evening drop off. If collecting in the morning then the collection day will not be charged, if collecting in the evening then the collection day will be charged at the standard daily rate. All days booked are chargeable regardless of early collection.
Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Eve and New Years Day are charged at our standard rate plus 50% on these days.
Currently we are unable to board XL Bully dogs due to insurance restrictions, we are actively review all available options and hope to make progress with the boarding of XL Bullys soon.
On the very rare occasion that we have a problem with a dog biting a member of our team we will review the incident individually, if it is deemed to be the result of aggression we will not be able to have your dog stay with us again for the safety and wellbeing of our staff
We do not mix dogs between family's so we are able to take in some dogs that do not necessarily socialize well with others, however, in some circumstances if a dog is too aggressive towards others, despite not being able to get to them, we may say they can not come back to us for the comfort of all our guests.

We are closed for drop offs and collections on Sundays and Bank Holidays
If you arrive before our opening times please wait in your car until we open as we will still be working with the dogs, please DO NOT ring the counter bell before we open as this will take our attention away from the dogs while we ask you to wait in your car until we are open, it will not get you seen earlier. If you arrive after we have closed, you will be required to wait until we next open, this will incur additional charges.
